A kitchen helper that combines fast, precise, simple and safe work. With the V1 ClassicLine vegetable slicer starter set from Borner, we offer all of this in one product. Fruit and vegetables can thus be professionally chopped up in a very short time.
The V-slicer starter set contains three different inserts, which allow you to cut the vegetables in three different thicknesses. You also get two knife inserts with which you can make pencils from fruit and vegetables. You can quickly and easily enhance delicious casseroles, salads or various pan-fried dishes. By first cutting the fruit with a knife you get cubes. Use the supplied safety fruit holder during preparation. With this you protect your fingers from the razor-sharp stainless steel blades and the fruit can be processed at the same time except for a minimal residue. The vegetable slicer is easy to clean by holding it under running water.
Use the included knife inserts for fine raw vegetable sticks (with the 3.5mm insert) or prepare your own French fries with the 7mm knife insert. In addition, the V-Planer Starter Set can be expanded, for example with the 10mm slot, with which you can make thick pencils. There are therefore no limits to cooking.
