The safety fruit holder ensures that you can work safely and quickly, as the finger cover protects you from the blades. The fruit holder also allows you to grate every last bit of fruit and vegetables without it being dangerous. So less is wasted. We recommend using the safety fruit holder with all our graters and slicers, as this is the only way to work safely.
