Transform your V5 slicer into a dicer and strip cutter

The original Börner 7 mm blade insert makes it easy to produce strips and cubes. To cut into cubes, the fruit holder must be rotated by 90° after each cut. This insert is particularly suitable for chopping fruit and vegetables for soups, stir-fries and rustic salads.

We recommend the practical slider box for safe storage of the blade inserts. Simply clean under running water after use.
